About

Our Story

Steve and Tricia are Co-Founders of Elevate Kitchen. They have been married for more than 30 years and have two grown children, Matt and Lily. Both continue to run their own businesses in the photography industry: Steve in metal-substrate photography printing and Tricia in architectural photography.

Food has always been a big part of their lives. Steve loves cooking everything from homemade pizza and chili to Hispanic and Italian dishes, along with smoking meats. Tricia has always loved making soups and baking. For both, food has been a way to create something special and share it with others. Feeding people is their love language.

As they entered a new chapter of life as empty nesters, with retirement somewhere on the horizon, they began exploring ideas for a new venture centered around food. They knew the restaurant industry was a challenging one (kudos to those of you who make it work!), but they kept coming back to a simple idea: what if they used their love of cooking to help people who needed it most?

They figured if they could provide even one person with a really good meal, that would be a win.

And so, Elevate Kitchen was born.

Our mission is simple: to serve elevated food that elevates lives. We believe everyone deserves good food, prepared with care and served with dignity. We hope to support individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, older adults, single-parent families, and anyone navigating a difficult season of life. Sometimes, a little help can make a meaningful difference—and a thoughtfully prepared meal can offer comfort, connection, and a reminder that someone cares.
